Domestic Long Hair - Orange - Julie - Medium - Adult - Female
Julie is our beautiful long hair Orange Tabby kitty that is longing for a forever home. She was adopted from our shelter back in xxxx, and was returned in June xxxx because she was not getting along with a new cat that had been brought into the home. She had been perfectly happy as an only cat, and it was not fair that she was returned. After coming back to our shelter, most cats have a little bit of anxiety and stress. But Julie has settled right back into our routines, and enjoys getting to walk around the rooms and hallways that she knew before. She does tend to get upset with the other shelter cats that get in her space, but she usually just finds a quiet spot of her own where she is not bothered by the others. One of her favorite places has always been our visiting room window seat and front bench area. She is social with people, and would love a home where she will have plenty of comfy places to nap. She is on a diet right now, as she came back to us overweight and we are trying to help her shed a few of those extra lbs. She has not been too picky about the canned diet food she gets each day. Julie does qualify for our Seniors for Seniors program, and would be a perfect match someone looking for a friendly & mature cat. She is already spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.
